GlossLimo coordinates professional limousine capacity in Singapore through employed drivers, separate vehicle-rental arrangements, and independently operated businesses, subject to the applicable agreement.
GlossLimo is not a government body, regulator, accredited professional body, employment agency or marketplace. Application to the network does not by itself create employment, partnership, guaranteed assignments or guaranteed income.
The public website explains the model and collects ride, corporate, operator and industry-partner enquiries. Submitting a form is a request for review only. It does not create a contract, reservation, appointment, exclusivity or service commitment.
Live booking, customer payments, public accounts and public dispatch are not offered on this website.
Staff use the protected operations portal at /ops. Employees use the GlossLimo driver application. Access is limited to authorised accounts. Those tools record employment, dispatch, vehicle rental and finance ledgers; they are not the public website and they are not a live banking product.
Use of /ops or the driver app is governed by the person’s employment terms, role permissions, rental agreement where applicable, and GlossLimo policies. These website terms do not grant the public a right to those systems.
Where a person is employed, salary, CPF and related payroll items are employment matters. Where a vehicle is rented, weekly rent, deposit and usage conditions are a separate commercial arrangement. Rent is not repayment of salary. Incentives and commissions are a further ledger and are not automatically applied against rent.
Service availability remains subject to confirmation, vehicle suitability, operator or driver availability, and agreed commercial terms.
Admission to the operator network or employment does not guarantee assignments or income. Company jobs are offered according to recorded eligibility rules, including safety, legal, availability and client requirements. Preferred-driver status does not override those rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, complete and not misleading. We may decline, pause or discontinue review where information appears incomplete or unreliable.
Website content, branding and layout are owned by GlossLimo or used under licence. You may not copy, adapt or republish the website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
You must not misuse the website or connected systems, attempt to interfere with their operation, submit automated or deceptive content, or use them to send unlawful, harmful or unsolicited material.
The public website is provided on an informational basis. To the extent permitted by law, GlossLimo is not liable for loss arising from use of the website, reliance on draft content, or delay or inability to submit an enquiry because of technical issues.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
The website may contain links to third-party sites. GlossLimo is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A professional review should be completed before this draft is treated as the organisation’s published website terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights.
