Grace & fees

Pickup times are booked in 15-minute blocks (for example 09:00, 09:15, 09:30, 09:45).
A grace allowance of 15 minutes of complimentary waiting applies at pickup.
After the grace allowance, late waiting is charged at S$1.00 per minute. Cancelling within 24 hours of pickup incurs a late-cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted fare.

I accept the 15-minute grace allowance and the late-fee charges (late waiting and late cancellation) described above.

I consent to review contact. This is a request — not a booking. No payment on this form.
