Who we are
GlossLimo (“GlossLimo”, “we”) coordinates professional limousine work in Singapore through employed drivers, vehicle-rental arrangements and independently operated service partners, subject to the applicable agreement.
GlossLimo is not a government body, regulator, marketplace, or a claim to be the market leader.

What this notice covers
Public website: ride-request, corporate, independent-operator, employment and industry-partner enquiry forms on this site. Each public form also creates an operations lead when the system can store it. A ride request is a request for review, not a confirmed booking.
Operations portal (/ops): staff accounts used to hire, roster, dispatch, record payroll and vehicle rental, and keep audit logs.
Driver application: employee logins used for duty, jobs, leave, inspections, documents and the employee’s own finance ledgers.
This public website still does not provide live booking, customer accounts, card payments or public dispatch. Those remain out of scope until separately launched and described.
Information we collect
Website forms may include names, job titles, organisation details, contact information, service requirements, vehicle or licence information you choose to submit, privacy-consent records, IP address, submission time and basic browser information.
Operations and driver records may include identity and contact details, employment terms, role history, licence and vocational-licence details, duty and leave records, job assignments, vehicle and inspection records, and separate finance ledgers (payroll, vehicle rental, company-job performance, incentives, reimbursements).
Bank account numbers shown in operations are masked. Full account numbers, NRIC/FIN and similar identity documents should be stored only where there is a lawful need and an appropriate retention rule.
How we use information
Website submissions: to review enquiries and applications, contact you about the submission, keep consent records, and protect the site against misuse.
Employment records: to manage hiring, duty, leave, assignment eligibility, payroll records and statutory obligations. Protected payroll components (including basic salary and CPF figures recorded in the ledger) are not used to offset vehicle rent.
Vehicle rental records: to administer a separate commercial rental arrangement. Rent is not treated as repayment of salary.
Dispatch and jobs: to offer and track company jobs according to hard filters and recorded assignment rules.
We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis and consent
Where you submit a public form, we process the information because you asked us to consider the enquiry or application and because you gave the requested consent.
Employee and staff data is processed because it is necessary to administer employment, vehicle rental, dispatch and related legal duties. That processing does not depend on the website enquiry form.
You may withdraw consent for future marketing or enquiry follow-up by emailing [contact email to be confirmed] once a real mailbox is published. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out, and it does not end records we must keep for employment, tax, accident or legal purposes.
Sharing
We may share relevant information with independent operators, service providers, insurers, professional advisers or authorities only where necessary to assess an enquiry, fulfil a confirmed job, administer employment or rental, or meet a legal obligation.
Hosting, authentication and transactional email providers process information on our instructions.
We do not operate live bank, PayNow or CPF-filing connections from this software. Payment statuses recorded in operations are simulated ledger statuses until a separate, reviewed integration is introduced.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to review the submission, answer queries and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Employment, payroll, rental, incident and audit records are kept for the period required for employment, tax, insurance and legal purposes. The systems do not hard-delete operational rows; they mark them as deleted so a history remains for audit.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps, including authenticated access to /ops and the driver app, role-based permissions, and audit logs for sensitive actions.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Report a suspected incident to the contact email once it is published.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal data, or withdraw consent for future use that depends on consent.
Requests: [contact email to be confirmed]. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request, and some records cannot be erased where the law requires us to keep them.
Cookies and tracking
The public website does not use non-essential cookies or advertising trackers. Essential storage required to operate the site, sign-in sessions for /ops, and the driver app may be used.
Changes
We will revise the date at the top of this page when the notice changes in a material way. A professional review should be completed before this draft is treated as the organisation’s published PDPA notice.
